3 tablespoons powdered milk
Half a teaspoon of sesame, fennel, nigella and flax seeds
2 tablespoons of yogurt, as needed
A small amount of lukewarm water for kneading.
How to prepare:
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add enough water to make a smooth paste.
Let the dough rest for a few minutes while the saj is cooking.
Divide the dough into several parts, then divide each section into a thin or thick circle, then put it on the hot tray and leave for a few minutes before turning it over to get a thin and fluffy bread.
