ingredients
500 grams of pasta, preferably of good quality.
A whole can of tuna.
1 medium sized onion.
Three tomatoes.
Colored pepper.
1 garlic.
A cup of sweet corn.
One and a half cups of black olives.
Quarter cup of mayonnaise.
ketchup 1 tbsp.
spoonful of mayonnaise with mustard.
Yogurt in a cup.
a pinch of salt.
black pepper 1 tsp.
How to prepare
Put a saucepan filled with water on the stove, add a little salt and oil, and when the water boils vigorously, add the pasta and simmer until completely cooked.
Roast the peppers for ten minutes, turning them on all sides, and cutting them into thin slices when done.
Cut the onions into slices and chop the tomatoes into cubes.
Drain the boiled pasta, then combine the tomatoes, onions, and peppers with the pasta, followed by the corn and olives.
Drain a can of tuna well to remove the oils, then add it to the previous mixture and stir carefully.
Chop the garlic and beat it in the hot oil in a frying pan, then transfer it to a mixing bowl and add the ketchup, yogurt, mayonnaise and garlic.
Mix all ingredients and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Present it to your family by placing it on a serving plate.
You can garnish with parsley or basil to add color and flavor to the dish.
