ingredients


Salmon weighs 1 and a half kg.


Six potatoes in this recipe.


fresh dill;


Cooking cream, 2 teaspoons


1 tablespoon melted butter


Sugar in the amount of three quarters of the cup.


Chicken broth cube.

How to prepare


In a mixing bowl, combine English salt, sugar, and pepper.


Place the salmon in the refrigerator for 2 days after adding the ingredients.


We put the potatoes in the oven until completely cooked, then cut the baked potatoes in half and remove the core, keeping the shape of the peel.


Combine potato pulp, cream, butter, MAGGI cube and dill sprigs in a mixing bowl.

To keep the potato peels warm, we fill them with the filling in advance and put in a warm place.

The fish should be cut into eight pieces.

Place the salmon on the electric grill, skin-side down, and cook until golden brown, then remove from heat.


Prepare the mustard sauce by heating canola oil, then add the onions and cook until softened.


Put the water and the rest of the mustard sauce ingredients on a high heat until boiling.

Remove the salmon skin, then arrange the pieces in serving dishes with potatoes and an appropriate amount of garnished vegetables, then sprinkle the sauce over each plate and serve immediately.
